SHIPPING

  1. Ace Link Armor offer shipping via USPS, UPS once the full amount has been credited on Ace Link account. Will Call/Personal Pick up possible. Shipments can be tracked using the tracking number on the carriers’ websites directly.
  2. We will do our best to have all items purchased from Ace Link Armor shipped within 24hours of a cleared payment on operational business days. If manufacturing time is needed for any item purchased, Ace Link will contact you with an estimated lead time for the orders.
  3. If you need to have an order immediately please contact us before ordering to verify that your items are in stock.
  4. Orders with discounted items are shipped all together, meaning that Ace Link Armor will the order once we got all products in stock.

SHIPPING RATES

  1. Shipping rates depend on the value and volume of purchased items and is kept as low as possible thanks to our cooperation with the best freight forwarders.
  2. We offer free shipping on all orders above $200 total value, however additional fees may apply to oversized or heavy items/orders (over 50lbs). Ace Link will contact you prior to accepting your order in case such fees would occur.
  3. Free shipping does not apply to exchanges/returns unless exchange/return is the result of Ace Link error/mistake. Ace Link will bear the shipping cost for products returned because of product defect, misrepresentation, or false description.
  4. Please carefully inspect the packaging of your order items on their arrival. In case of any damage, please document that by photo when signing the delivery. Please send photos and all proofs to info@acelinkusa.com

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  1. Ace Link Armor allows 14 days from delivery for product return. However please contact Ace Link Armor before the return. Please send your returns to

  1. If an exchange is not due to an error on Ace Link side, you will be required to pay the re-shipping costs.
  2. After you return the order or part of it, please sent us a package tracking number. Ace Link is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

  1. Items subject to a refund will be refunded within 10 business days, however proceeding time depends on third parties that process the payments. Refunds are deposited back to the customer original payment method.
  2. Ace Link reserve the right to deny any refund if the returned items are not in the same condition as when shipped or if it shows any visible signs of wear or if we have reason to believe customer jeopardized the item. All refunds must be shipped with a tracking option, Ace Link is not responsible for lost or stolen refunded items.
